I love my work.

As a user experience consultant, I get to learn all about different products, services, and people – what’s working, what’s not, and how we can make improvements. No matter the client or subject matter, design challenges can be found in every corner.

 What I Can Do

  • User Experience Research & Evaluation: interviews, task and behavior analysis, user requirements, testing plans, moderation, and reporting.
  • User Experience Design: content analysis, site maps, flow diagrams, prototypes, wireframes, and functional specifications.

What I Can Do Differently

After 10+ years in the business I can tackle the above with confidence. However, a large portion of my value comes from facilitating discussions, asking tough questions, and building strategic vision and consensus across a team to produce high quality, measurable results.

  • User Experience Strategy: roadmap development, execution planning. 
  • User Experience Coaching: mentoring, process, toolkit, and guideline development.
